Fees for preparing bespoke documentation for your website:

Website legal audit
Fees for preparing a legal audit of your website will vary from instruction to instruction.

Fees for preparing standard form contracts for use in your business:
- Web design agreement - circa £400.00
- Web hosting and maintenance agreement - circa £400.00
IT contracts, commercial contracts and legal advice
Fees for preparing IT and commercial contracts, and for providing
legal advice, vary from instruction to instruction. Please contact us for a quote.
Domain name disputes
We charge circa £750.00 to
prosecute or defend domain name arbitration proceedings.
About our fees
The fees quoted in the left-hand column are provided for guidance only, and our actual
fees will depend upon the amount and complexity of the work you require to be done.
Fixed fees
We almost always work on the basis of fixed fees - so you know what you'll be paying before
we begin work. If we underestimate the amount of work involved in a job, that's our problem...

While our fees are low - a fraction of what you would pay a specialist IT or
intellectual property solicitor to prepare bespoke contractual documents or legal advice - we aim
to provide a service of the highest quality.
