We may refer you to one of our law firm partners.

The lawyers at each of the law firms to which we may refer potential clients are experts in their particular speciality or specialities.

The firms' lawyers include experts in IT law, contract law, commercial law, consumer law, employment law, corporate law and commercial litigation.

Why refer?

Where we do not have the resources or expertise to undertake a particular matter, we will refer you to one of our law firm partners.

In addition, we may refer you to one of our law firm partners because the type of work required is reserved to law firms. Litigation, for instance, can generally only be conducted by a firm of solicitors.

Lastly, we may refer you to a law firm where it is advantageous to use a them for the work because of the protection afforded to solicitors' advice by the doctrine of legal professional privilege.

Regulatory information

We have a financial relationship with some of our law firm referral partners.

The nature of that relationship varies from firm to firm. Some of our partners will pay a percentage commission on referrals. In any event, you will be notified if we have a financial relationship with a firm to which we refer you.
