Our document licence
(1) Introduction
This Licence governs your use of the template documents ("Templates") on our website; by using our Templates, you accept this Licence in full. If you disagree with any part of this Licence, do not use our Templates.
In this Licence, "we" means - and "our" refers to - SEQ Legal LLP.
(2) Intellectual property rights
We own the intellectual property rights in the Templates. Subject to the licence below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved.
(3) Licence to use Templates
You may view, download, print, copy, adapt, and amend the Templates, and you may publish amended versions of the Templates ("Derivatives") as website legal notices, subject to the restrictions below.
Unless you pay a licence fee to us as detailed below, you must include a credit and hyperlinks on all Templates and Derivatives (in the form specified on the relevant Template).
You may dispense with this hyperlink and credit in relation to the use of a Derivative on a website where you pay to us the applicable licence fee (stated on our website) in respect of the underlying Template. The payment of a licence fee will only enable you to publish a Derivative on a single website. If you wish to publish a Derivative or Derivatives on more than one website, you must pay additional licence fees.
For the avoidance of doubt, you must not republish the Templates in unamended form, and you have no right to distribute the Templates or Derivatives or license to others any rights in the Templates or Derivatives.
(4) Limitations of liability
You acknowledge that we do not, under or in relation to this Licence, provide any legal advice to you, and consequently that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of your use of the Templates.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the Templates conform with relevant legal requirements, we do not warrant their comprehensiveness or accuracy; nor do we not commit to ensuring that the Templates remain available or that they are kept up-to-date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) relating to the Templates.
Our liability in relation to the Templates is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising under this Licence or in connection with the Templates, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise - including, without limitation, any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill, data, income, revenue or anticipated savings.
However, nothing in this Licence shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may revise this Licence from time-to-time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
(6) Law and jurisdiction
This Licence will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this Licence shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
